Current Update Twenty of the thirty lots have been sold. Eight of the remaining unsold lots are in the 1-acre zone. Two are in the 5-acre zone. Fifteen houses have been completed by various builders. Another two are nearing completion. Plantings along the Remington Road fence line are maturing nicely. The approximately seven acres of Indian Hill Green Area on either side of the entrance continues to be an attractive "welcome" to Twin Fences. During summer 2010, we will be installing the final course of pavement and doing some remedial grading in the road rights-of-way, preparing them for final acceptance by the Village of Indian Hill. After a prolonged slow period in the market, we have been getting increasing numbers of inquiries from people looking to build houses and move to Indian Hill.
